PRESENTED BY THE NEW HAMPSHIRE FILM & TELEVISION OFFICE
FRIDAY 16 OCTOBER 10 A.M. - NOON

As the independent film scene continues to change shape, more filmmakers are looking for alternative distribution and exhibition methods. In doing so, many have rediscovered the means right in their own backyard – via community access television and the Web. Filmmakers are anxiously looking for an audience and at the same time community access television stations are hungry for new and cutting-edge programming. This panel discussion explores what’s happening with today’s community access media, including its bridge to the Internet, and how community access media can be an ideal venue for independent media production and filmmaking. Attendees are encouraged to participate and to offer their ideas, suggestions, and opinions.
